Shipping policy

Thank you for gearing up with Football Fans Store. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Order Processing Time

  • All standard orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or federal holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during seasonal sports launches or holiday sales), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer several shipping options to get your gear to you when you need it:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days 

  • Expedited Shipping: 2 business days 

  • Overnight Shipping: 1–2 business days 

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier network congestion or severe weather.


🏋️ Oversized & Heavy Sporting Goods

Due to the size and weight of certain sporting goods (e.g., free weights, large fitness machines, kayaks, or heavy punching bags), special shipping parameters apply:

  • Freight Shipping: Items weighing over 150 lbs or exceeding standard carrier dimensional limits will be shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) Freight.

  • Delivery Scheduling: For freight deliveries, the shipping carrier will contact you directly via the phone number provided at checkout to schedule a delivery window. Someone must be present to sign for the delivery.

  • Shipping Surcharges: Oversized and freight items are excluded from standard "Free Shipping" promotions unless explicitly stated on the product page. Heavy item surcharges will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout.


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of the label being created.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States, as well as to Canada

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Football Fans Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your international order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, duties, etc.).


Damages & Lost Packages

We take pride in packaging your equipment securely, but Football Fans Store is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit by the carrier.

  • Damaged Gear: If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier immediately to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, or if your package is lost in transit, please reach out to our support team within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will assist you in working with the carrier to track it down.
